IMPORTANT:
This membership does not replace your health insurance. All members are advised to have benefits for catastrophic events such as ER/Urgent Care visits, hospitalizations, specialist visits. High deductible plans work particularly well with our model.
Many members also use their insurance to pay for labs and imaging. However, members also have access to heavily discounted cash price labs and imaging at market price. Members can request an invoice or a superbill at the end of the year, for potential insurance reimbursement. Members often use their HSA/FSA funds to pay for membership. All primary care concerns will be handled via shared decision making and patients are empowered to take charge of their own health.

Comprehensive Initial Consultation: 2 hour detailed in-person assessment of medical history and current health concerns, extensive medical counseling and patient education. If necessary, orders for metabolic workup and/or imaging studies.
