Choose Calm Coronado is honored to invite you to our free 90 minutes "Find Your Why" Workshop. The workshop will start with 15 minutes of audio-guided meditation to ground ourselves. The rest of the time will be dedicated to exploring the concepts of purpose and meaning while enjoying a cup of tea and plant-based mini-treats. We will be seated on tatami mats, socks are optional.
