Hello everyone!

I am very happy to introduce Choose Calm, a mini meditation studio and one of our wellness services offered at Choose Healthy, the new Lifestyle Medicine and Internal Medicine office in Coronado. 

 

I created this minimalist studio from my heart and from my passion for neuroscience and mindfulness as a moment of silence, stillness and solitude, so much needed for all of us that are living the most overstimulating and demanding times of humanity.

 

For a few minutes of self-care, a relaxing cup of tea, and a real life, in person experience, I invite you to Choose Calm.
